Hi — I'm Kailee, a functional nutritionist, scientist, entrepreneur, and facilitator of health. Having European roots, I grew up with an appreciation for holistic care and good food. After encountering health challenges of my own in my early twenties, I turned to natural medicines and a strategically healthful diet for solutions to the problems that mainstream medicine did not seem to resolve.

With an initial interest in conventional medicine as a career, my aspirations took a hard turn towards diet and lifestyle modification to address the root cause of biochemical dysfunction. I can happily report that through investing in both nutrition and naturopathic self-care practices, I have lived a more bountiful and healthful life! I want this opportunity for everyone.

As a functional nutritionist, my intention is to partner with you in achieving your health and wellness goals through both diet and lifestyle modification. Functional nutrition blends the art of holistic nutrition with evidence-based solutions for biochemical dysfunctions — he root cause of many chronic ailments. Therefore, functional nutrition is root-cause focused.

Shifts in diet and lifestyle do not need to be overly complicated or expensive to achieve abundant well-being — they just need to be personalized and targeted. Allow me to be your guide, revealing optimal dietary and lifestyle patterns to serve you on your journey.
